I've started work on my entry for pico day 2023. I won't say much about it, but I'm currently animating the intro. I haven't done 2D animation in a while, and I wanted to test out this new technique properly which will make it look smoother and be quicker to draw.

I haven't had any motivation to finish it this past week. I've spent the time gaming and drawing character concepts for an RPG game I want to make. I'm not sure if I'll ever finish those couple scenes. I may work on it on and off as I really want to learn how to code in godot. I also have ideas of remaking it but in a more classic visual novel style with better graphics and tweaks and stuff so I'm not completely abandoning it (I have like 2 squeals planned because I got carried away in the writing stage and gave all the characters edgy backstories.) I know nobody here cares though, considering how it flopped.

There's no way I can get roboska done in time for pixel day, so I'm going to spend the next week polishing and bug testing what I do have. It's only like 4 endings that I haven't done yet but there's no point rushing them. I'll update it after the competition with the endings completed as I really don't want to have to delay it.

It may have a few bugs here and there, mainly characters that are dead displaying alive sprites 'cause of some special attack; but it's playable! now i have a whole month to do the rest! yayyyyyy...

still working on making the battles less boring. I've done all the 1v1 battles now, I just have to figure out what to do with the mess that is the 3v3 battle. I wish I could tell past me to code it better.

I had 44 before, which is understandable considering I haven't uploaded much here in the past 9 months. But on top of that, it's the funny sex number!? My day is suddenly better.
