Use Vaporgram and Rarevision. You can find them in the app store.
Edit: No I don't know if they work on pc I usually do all my editing on mobile since my computer is laggy as hell.

my experience was pirated episodes of random cartoons on youtube and flash games on random websites like friv

Honestly, same. The challenge I gave myself was to make 32 animations, each of them must have been completed within a week or less. Most of them took about 3-5 days so there wasn't a lot of content I could put in. However I was thinking about doing longer versions of some of them one day if there was demand for it. If this one is one that you feel it would benefit from a longer short I will strongly consider it.

the art isn't the problem, the editing is.
The person on the right, the head is slightly off the music.
The person on the left, the transitions are too sharp which doesn't contrast well.
The person in the middle, the torso was distorting too much, try anchoring it at the base and not the middle.
